Super professional and organized! I sent in my application online for a few jobs, and then had a recruiter phone screen, followed by a phone chat with the hiring manager. The last step was an onsite interview where I got to meet lots of team members at different levels, which really helped me understand the role better. Everyone was super nice and made it a really smooth and comfortable experience. The whole process was pretty clear, including salary talks, setting expectations, and figuring out what's next for both sides.

I got referred by an employee, and then the company recruiter screened me. After that, they set up interviews for me with the hiring manager and then another interview with some team members. All the team members we very knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the process. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. Both the team members and the manager took great care to make sure they described the culture, the pace and various concerns they were facing. They really want to pick a candidate that will enhance their team and at the same time get along with their team. The team was very good about answering my questions and they understood I was also trying to determine if I felt this relationship would be good with the team and company. It was obvious that the Brierley team cares about their work, their customers and their culture. I am still waiting to hear who they select.

so it was kinda all over the place. i was in the interview process for like 3 months straight. they really hyped me up saying i'd get the job, but then they ghosted me. then weeks later, they hit me up again for a different role. they told me to hang tight, and i did. no calls, no emails, nothing. so i ended up emailing HR to check in. they said the recruiter for that position would email me the next day. no email. this went on for another month. in the end, still no callback or email. they just dropped me after messing with me for months. it was super messy and unprofessional.

A recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn about an AE job, and since I was on the hunt for something new, I figured why not go for it. First up was a quick call with HR to chat about my resume, what I wanted salary-wise, and my reasons for leaving my last gig. After that, they had me fill out an online application, which I thought was kinda weird since they reached out to me first, but whatever, I did it. About a week later, I drove to their office in Plano for an in-person meet-up with two different people. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes. They basically just wanted me to expand on my resume and talk about past projects. They mentioned HR would follow up in a few days. I didn't hear anything back from HR until like three weeks later, and then they called to say they went with someone else. It was pretty weird and felt a bit misleading since they said the call was for feedback, and usually, you get job offers by phone and rejection emails. The whole thing took like a month, and honestly, it didn't feel like they vetted much.
