The interview experience was quite uncomfortable. It started with an individual presentation where a manager and an HR person evaluated 20 candidates for one position. Both evaluators seemed bored and indifferent during the presentations. The worst part was the group dynamic, which only lasted 5 minutes. We were split into 3 groups. The HR person observed my group for the first minute, which was at the back of the room, and then focused only on the two groups in front. The manager didn't even bother to check on my group, staying seated and only watching the groups near him. Only one person from my group made it to the next stage, and that was the person who immediately took the initiative to write things down. So, those who progressed during the rest of the dynamic didn't even get noticed. The schedule was running late, and the feedback for those who didn't pass the dynamic, which was planned, was not given.

The process was pretty straightforward. I applied and heard back about 7 days later. Then there was another round of interviews about 7 days after that, and I got the offer soon after. The interviews themselves involved technical questions with the manager, which I found enjoyable because I liked the technical discussion.

We had to create a Power Point presentation about ourselves, our experiences, and our academic background. There was also a group activity to get to know our personalities better, followed by an individual interview with the managers.
