First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brickman.
Supervisor

- Can you discuss your experience and knowledge related to enhancements?
- Could you share some examples of your basic behavioral skills?
Supervisor
Brickman seems to look for management employees who can do the job and also grow quickly. Since they are growing fast, they need to find and develop people who can keep up. Their interview process is set up to find those skills in the phone interview and then see how well they fit in the 1-on-1s.
- How do you make sure quality control expectations are met?
Operations Manager
The hiring process is bringing in many unqualified people. The work culture is constantly shifting as employees depart for more lucrative and less demanding positions. While attracting most employees was straightforward, retaining high-caliber talent has proven exceptionally challenging.
