The interviewers were nice and I moved through the process really fast. Then I never heard from the recruiter and had to call them to ask about a decision timeline because I had other offers. I ended up never hearing back and found out the job was filled because the person who got it posted about it on LinkedIn. I liked the interviews themselves, but getting ghosted and then finding out via LinkedIn that the job went to someone else is a bad feeling.

The interview process was smooth and well-communicated. It started with a recruiter call, then an interview with the team lead, and another interview with team members. All interviews were scheduled for 30 minutes but usually ran longer because the conversation flowed well. It wasn't a typical question-and-answer session; it felt more like a discussion about me, the company, and the role to see if it was a good fit. It was great to get feedback after they decided, which doesn't happen often these days but was really appreciated!

I applied for this role through a campus job posting. The process started with a brief phone call, after which I was invited to a superday. The superday involved four separate 30-minute interviews and an hour-long lunch. It seemed like a good group of people, generally friendly, especially the less senior ones. Apart from the boss, nobody seemed overly enthusiastic about their jobs. They came across as smart, motivated, and people who value work-life balance, and they seem to think inside the box.
