First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BRG.
Summer Associate
This role is with the integrated health solutions team. First, there's a quick screening call to review your resume. After that, they'll send you a case study two days before your next interview. This case involves a spreadsheet and a slide deck that you'll need to complete, which takes a few hours. Then, you'll present your findings from the case and go over your resume again with two team members in the second interview. The third interview will be a behavioral session with a director.
- Can you give me a 90-second overview of your resume?
- Tell me about yourself.
Summer Associate
I applied online for the Healthcare Performance Improvement Summer Associate role. After applying, I got invited to a virtual interview. About a month after that interview, I got an email saying I didn't get to the next stage.
- What makes you stand out from the other candidates?
Senior Associate
First I had a chat with HR, then a video interview with a senior person. After that, there were 4 on-site rounds. One of them was a technical interview, and the other three were behavioral interviews with seniors and directors. All the questions were about their daily work and designed to be straightforward.
- Can you tell us why you're interested in BRG and what your background is, and why you want to work in this field?
- Describe a time you worked on a project involving messy data.
- We'll be doing a live coding exercise in SQL and interpreting results.
