SoBRG's interview process was pretty standard. It began with a Teams meeting, then transitioned into a lengthy in-person interview at their Boston office. My in-person interview experience started a bit rocky. I showed up on time, but couldn't get into the reception area. The recruiter I was supposed to meet didn't pick up their phone, and there was no one at reception for about 20 minutes, so I just waited in the hallway. Once we got going, the interview itself was pretty normal. They gave me a tour, explained the hybrid work setup, and then I waited in a conference room to meet some people. I talked with a few individuals about the role, and they were all really nice, informative, professional, and knowledgeable. The last person I met was a department head who seemed too busy to talk. He brought someone with him to 'observe,' but that person did almost all the interviewing. The department head barely looked up from his phone and only asked one question. After the initial call and the almost three-hour in-office interview, I never heard back from BRG. I sent follow-up emails to the recruiter, who said I'd get feedback soon, but that was months ago. They stopped responding to my emails and calls. Honestly, even a rejection email would have been better than being ghosted.

Behavioral Case Technical
First, I had an interview on campus that was 30 minutes and behavioral. Then, I had a super day in the office, which was in person. It had eight 30-minute interviews total. These interviews included behavioral questions, an Excel test, and a case study. Before the super day, there was a casual banquet to meet everyone.
