After submitting your application, it'll be reviewed along with your resume. If it looks good, you'll have a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by another phone screen with the team lead. Then there are two more stages: first, an interview with a Senior Manager focusing on behavioral questions and a technical interview with a mock call, and finally, an interview with the VP of Customer Experience about your values and how they fit with the company.
- What unique skill or ability do you possess that would make you a great asset?
- Can you share an instance where you experienced a setback or didn't achieve a desired outcome?
- How do you approach difficult customer interactions and work towards a resolution?
Customer Experience Specialist
It was pretty quick overall. A recruiter contacted me, and within a week, I had interviews with 5 different people across 3 days, totaling about 2.5 hours. I met with the recruiter, a manager from a different department, two Customer Experience managers, and the VP. While it seemed like a lot of people for a customer service role, it was okay until I interviewed with the VP. He was late and cut the interview short, saying he didn't have time and I should email him any questions. He never responded. I get not hiring someone, but after they pursued me, not letting me ask questions and ending the interview abruptly felt really unprofessional.
- Tell me about a time you went the extra mile for a customer.

Overall the interview process was great! After each interview, you should receive feedback very quickly to know if you've moved forward in the interview process. I just think it could have fewer interviews - it can be a bit tiring to present yourself and tell your experience over and over. The interview consists: 1- Recruiter Interview (Phone) 2- Team Lead Interview (Zoom) 3- Interview Panel with 2 managers (Zoom) - this one will take longer. 4- Final Interview with VP
- What motivated your decision to choose Brex?
- Can you share an instance where you encountered difficulties with management?
- Could you discuss some of your past projects?
