After submitting your application, it'll be reviewed along with your resume. If it looks good, you'll have a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by another phone screen with the team lead. Then there are two more stages: first, an interview with a Senior Manager focusing on behavioral questions and a technical interview with a mock call, and finally, an interview with the VP of Customer Experience about your values and how they fit with the company.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was pretty quick overall. A recruiter contacted me, and within a week, I had interviews with 5 different people across 3 days, totaling about 2.5 hours. I met with the recruiter, a manager from a different department, two Customer Experience managers, and the VP. While it seemed like a lot of people for a customer service role, it was okay until I interviewed with the VP. He was late and cut the interview short, saying he didn't have time and I should email him any questions. He never responded. I get not hiring someone, but after they pursued me, not letting me ask questions and ending the interview abruptly felt really unprofessional.

Overall the interview process was great! After each interview, you should receive feedback very quickly to know if you've moved forward in the interview process. I just think it could have fewer interviews - it can be a bit tiring to present yourself and tell your experience over and over. The interview consists: 1- Recruiter Interview (Phone) 2- Team Lead Interview (Zoom) 3- Interview Panel with 2 managers (Zoom) - this one will take longer. 4- Final Interview with VP
