Group Presentation

It started with a phone screen, then a group interview where I was the only candidate and multiple supervisors interviewed me at once. After that, I had a trial day where I shadowed a few reps to see their day-to-day tasks, and everyone was judging if I'd be a good fit. They offered me the job, but I couldn't start right away. They said they'd wait and the job was mine when I was ready. I emailed later to confirm, and they told me the position had been filled.

I applied through their website and the branch manager called me a few days later to set up an interview. I met her one-on-one at the branch office and it went really well. She said the next step was to meet the district manager. In the meantime, I had some online assessments to do. I scheduled the meeting with the district manager, but on my way to the interview, they called and said the job was already filled. A few days later, they emailed again saying the position was still open and I should meet the district manager. We set a date, but they had to reschedule due to his availability changing. When I got to the rescheduled second interview, he wasn't there. Instead, I met with an executive who seemed to have no idea who I was or that I'd even applied. I never heard back from them. I put up with the constant rescheduling just to get no follow-up. They admitted they had trouble finding people, which makes sense if they don't get back to candidates.

It was a two stage process. First, I interviewed with the Manager, and then with Senior Managers. The Manager interview was pretty chill, and we talked about my background and the company so I could understand the role better.
