The first step involves an ability test, an English test, a behavioral questionnaire, and a video interview. Each of these parts takes about 30 minutes. For the video interview, you'll have 60-90 seconds to think and then another 60-90 seconds to answer the questions.

Behavioral Technical

The selection process so far has been really clear and well-organized. I've gotten all the info I need about the steps involved. I like that there's a video interview stage for us to get to know each other a bit. I also think it's helpful that you ask candidates to go deeper into their motivations and skills before the main interview, as it helps both sides figure out if the role fits my profile and expectations. Overall, the communication has been straightforward and timely, making the whole process feel easier and more professional.

The first interview was with HR, it was simple and quick. They asked general questions about my profile and goals, and it was very friendly. The second interview was with the manager and technical people, and it was complex and structured. It felt cold, and they followed a list of questions about quality management theory.

Behavioral Technical

I was first contacted by HR over the phone. The interview process had three stages: First, a general screening interview with HR. Second, a more technical interview with my future manager. Third, an in-person interview which was a mix of HR and the technical manager. I traveled 200 km for this third in-person interview. During this meeting, HR asked questions but didn't seem very interested in my answers. After touring their exhibit, I asked for feedback, especially since they were eager to hire someone. I never heard back, even though I reached the final selection stage and had traveled a significant distance. It felt very disrespectful to someone who showed interest.
