so the process is pretty simple, basically i applied before and got to the panel interview stage on teams but didn't get the offer. trying again now though. first they give you a personality test assessment. then another one to see how you handle and recognize emotions. if you pass those, you move to the on-demand interview where you record yourself answering questions. if you pass that, you get invited to the teams interview, which is with one other applicant and two recruiters.

Technical Coding Behavioral

I was referred by two upper managers. The process seemed straightforward and quick at first, but it turned out to be a bit more involved. There were three interviews for this senior engineer role: a tech interview and two 1:1s. I thought I did great on the technical assessment, acing all the questions and the coding test. After the tech test, I was told HR would contact me within the week, but I never heard back, not even a rejection. It's the first time in my 20 years in this field that a major company has ghosted me. It felt really unprofessional and frustrating. I sent two follow-up emails, which HR opened, but I still got no response. I wouldn't recommend this company.

The interview process involves several steps. Initially, there's a test assessing grammar and basic math word problems. Following this, you'll encounter pre-recorded questions where you must provide video responses. You'll have a limited time of 30 seconds to think before your camera activates, and no re-takes are allowed. The process concludes with an interview with the direct manager and then an interview with an executive.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Tell us something about yourself that isn't already on your resume.

Technical Group Case Presentation

The whole thing took about a month from start to finish. I applied for a job at a specific base, and the next day I got this customer service Assessment thing, which I finished same day. Then, three days later, I got an 'on demand interview.' About 15 days after that, they invited me to an 'online panel interview.' They gave me some dates to choose from, and I picked one that was 9 days away. The panel had 5 candidates. They asked us to show ourselves from the waist up, which was kinda weird. We got three questions, and then we had a team activity. One person kind of took over the whole thing. It all took about an hour and 12 minutes.

  • Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer or guest, including the problem and your solution.
  • Share an experience where you were dissatisfied with a work situation, explaining its origin, how you managed it, and the outcome.
  • Tell us about a standout team member and what specifically made them memorable.
