Technical Behavioral

Horrible interview process for two positions, Lead and SSE. Got selected in the Technical round for both. Rejected on the behavior round for both. I was honest and professional about my experiences and work style. Not sure what they were looking for, how can behavior be judged from theoretical questions. Disappointed, no feedback, just 'not FIT'.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty standard process. First, the hiring manager reached out for a basic general overview chat. Then, they set up a second, more technical interview. The first interview didn't really give a lot of details about the position, and the second one sounded a little different from the job posting, but it was still pretty similar overall.

Coding System Design

The two interviewers were really nice, involved, and worked well with me. Some of the best technical interviews I've had, starting with a coding challenge and then a system design question. They gave me a good sense of the company culture, which was great. I was into the company, but then got ghosted for two weeks and then a rejection email came at 2am. Seriously, make the auto-reply system send emails at a decent time. No one wants to get a 2am rejection from a robot. Maybe the role got filled or they hired someone else. Either way, it was super unprofessional to waste my time and not be upfront about what happened with the job. It really messed up my experience and how I saw the company.
