Marketing Manager
The interview process was pretty fast and they were clear about everything. None of the 6 interviews I had lasted more than 30 minutes, and I got decisions back within a day or two. They have a more structured approach to interviews and making decisions than most places I've interviewed. What was really good was that they gave detailed, honest feedback after the decision, which was super helpful and, honestly, pretty rare.
- Can you describe your approach to cross-functional collaboration?
- How do you go about building strong external relationships?
- What methods do you employ to ensure insights are spread effectively within the organization?
Digital Marketing Manager
The whole thing took about 2 months, which is a long time. It started with a screening, then an interview with a manager, then another manager, then I had to do a task and present it to them. After that, I interviewed with a team member and then the VP. While everyone was nice, it was kind of messy sometimes. I talked to 4 recruiters. They sent an email about the next interview but didn't put it on my calendar, which was confusing. It's normal to have to do a task in tech interviews, but good companies only ask you to present it. They wanted me to send mine over too. Even after 6 interviews and the task, I had to chase them for a decision. The feedback was super basic, like a 3-sentence email. Total waste of time.
- What are the key performance indicators you'd use to evaluate campaign success?
Marketing Manager
This was a really long process, it took about 2 months with back and forth interviews with HR and the team. Everyone was super nice, but it took up a lot of my time. Then they just stopped communicating about the next steps. I later found out they hired someone for the position. The whole process lacked transparency, took too long, and I wouldn't recommend applying here.
- Can you describe how you handle tasks that involve multiple teams?
