Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bravo Italian Restaurant.
Server
It was a 30 minute interview with two managers and I got the job. They asked typical interview questions, the training was long and there's a tough test, you need 90% to pass.
- Tell me about your experience with wine and pairing it with food.
Server
It was simple. Basic interview questions. It is heavy on personality. Looking for outgoing people that would mesh well with the crew that they are trying to maintain. Other than that, I would say they have a couple managers interview and then training a few days long
- What makes you a good fit for Bravo?
Server
The interview process was pretty casual. They asked me some questions about how I'd handle customer service situations. It was very straightforward, with no pressure. You also need to know about wine and alcohol.
- Could you tell us about yourself and your interest in working with us?
- How would you approach a specific customer service situation?
- What's your experience with wine and alcohol knowledge?
