Server
It was simple. Basic interview questions. It is heavy on personality. Looking for outgoing people that would mesh well with the crew that they are trying to maintain. Other than that, I would say they have a couple managers interview and then training a few days long
- What makes you a good fit for Bravo?
Server Bartender
The interview process has three rounds, with the final one being with the General Manager. They will ask you standard questions about how you found out about the job and your motivation for applying. They'll also inquire about your previous work experiences and any problems you encountered with former employers. You'll need to complete a personality test, where it's best to answer honestly but avoid extremes. It's important to show a good variety in your answers, as there's a specific scoring range to fall within to be considered a good fit.
- How did you hear about this opportunity?
- What makes you want to work for this company?
- Can you discuss your past employers and any difficulties you experienced with them?

It was a brief in-person interview. The manager decided within a few days. You should always be ready for a tough, lengthy interview. You never know what direction the manager might take. Always be prepared for a hard, long interview.
- Could I work on weekends?

The interview process was pretty casual. They asked me some questions about how I'd handle customer service situations. It was very straightforward, with no pressure. You also need to know about wine and alcohol.
