First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Braum's.
Shift Manager
They wanted to know about my background and work ethic. They asked how I'd show leadership and ensure customer satisfaction. We also discussed benefits, and I got to ask my questions.
- How would you define customer service?
Shift Supervisor
It was really friendly and felt personal. They make you feel welcomed and you'll know right away if they like you and want to hire you. The recruiter talked to me first and asked general questions about work ethics and my experience. Then, I had another interview with the store manager, which was like an orientation where I filled out paperwork and got a tour of the store.
- What makes you want to work for Braums?
Shift Manager
I got a call from the district manager about a week after I applied. He set up an interview with me and seemed really keen to meet. The interview itself was with both the district manager and the store manager at the same time. They both seemed to think I was a good fit, and I got an offer right then and there.
