I was contacted on a Friday and asked if I could come in the same day. The directions I was texted were wrong, so I had to find the place using signs. I was 30 minutes late to being called back for the interview, but I wasn't late to my arrival. He only asked me what job I applied for. He then told me he wanted me to work with the other women in the calf nursery and then sent me on my way. The interview was super short, only 5 minutes, and I didn't hear back. He seemed unprofessional and sexist.

The manager kept asking me to apply multiple times and ignored my applications. Then they harassed me to apply again. After I reapplied, they scheduled an interview with me but were late. After interviewing me for 30 minutes, they told me that they were only accepting nightshift positions. This was despite me already stating that I cannot work nights because I am a minor.

I applied online and got a call from HR a few days later. They asked if I was still interested and told me more about the job requirements and the facilities. Then, they scheduled an on-site interview for a couple of days later. When I got there, I filled out a paper version of the application and then got a tour of the lab. I met some supervisors and staff, but surprisingly, there were no questions for me. Instead, I just got a tour and had lots of chances to ask them anything I wanted to know. Everyone was really nice and showed me around the lab and the area. I was a bit bummed that there was no follow-up after the interview, which I actually enjoyed.
