This role is great for those who enjoy creative tasks. There were 3 rounds in the interview process. One round involved emailing, and two rounds were calling based. It's crucial to prepare thoroughly for the calling sections, but once the calls begin, try to be completely relaxed so you can easily answer questions.

It was a thorough and structured process. I met with three people who make decisions: someone senior to the role, a peer, and the hiring manager. The questions and the flow were consistent and easy to follow. Nothing was designed to trick me or be overly hard. It started and ended right on time.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process had 3 stages: a phone interview with a recruiter, then a video interview with the hiring manager, and finally an in-person interview with the hiring manager and their boss. I passed the first two interviews and was set for the face-to-face. But, 2 hours before that interview, the recruiter emailed to cancel. When I asked why, she said they had other candidates they were considering more seriously, so the hiring manager wasn't interested anymore. This was surprising because they had asked me to prepare a mock discovery call and a 30-60-90 day plan. It felt like a waste of my time, about 2-3 hours of prep, and their reason for cancelling last minute didn't make much sense.
