I had an online interview, which was set up by the recruiter. It was pretty laid-back and conversational. They asked the kinds of questions you'd expect. The feedback I got was super generic, which was annoying because it said I only mentioned one motivator when I'd actually talked about three, something I'd prepped with my recruiter the day before.

It starts with a review of your CV and cover letter. Then, there's a 30-minute online interview with HR. After that, you'll have a 1-hour online interview with the Hiring Managers that includes a mock sales call. If you get past the third stage, there's one general interview with the Hiring Managers and one more interview with the Sales Manager, which is the final step.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was smooth and quick. It started with an initial call with a talent acquisition person that was very basic, covering an overview of the role and requirements. Then it moved swiftly onto a next interview with two sales managers where a cold call demo was involved. There typically is a final interview after that, however I moved to offer following the second.
