I applied online through Jobvite. The whole interview process involved: a phone screening; a video call with the hiring manager in the UK; an interview with the Singapore team and a second round with the hiring manager; and a final video call with the VP. It was an ace interview experience. It gave me a glimpse of the company culture and brilliant employees through the various conversations. The interview shifted from skillsets to understanding me as a person. It's significant because such process allows an individual and the company to determine if one will be a right cultural fit. The internal recruiter was helpful and precise in answering my enquiries. I appreciate the interview status updates when additional time was needed internally. Glad to be part of the team now.

The interview was in 3 stages; an initial, light-hearted conversation with HR and then 2 further discussions. The 2nd was an in depth discussion about my work history and the final interview was a lengthy call, all based on 'tell me about a time' questions. The interviewers were all very polite and professional. The final interview was fairly challenging as it requires a lot of prep, but overall I found the process thorough and positive.

The interviews with the hiring manager and HR were okay until the last stage with two senior team members. One of them seemed to be just ticking boxes. The main issue was the lack of follow-up after the interview. HR said they'd reach out with a decision, offer, or rejection, but nothing came.
