It was a really pleasant interview with a clear structure and well-defined questions. They were very focused on my practical experience and didn't try to dig up any negative aspects from my CV. I'd definitely consider them as a future employer. Overall, a very nice and easy interview experience.

Brandwatch's interview process was really straightforward. Had a first call with HR that was transparent and helpful, they told me what to expect next. Within two weeks, I talked to the NA Data Analyst Manager by phone and then met with team members and higher-ups to see what I bring to the table. They were generally interested in my skills, why I wanted to work at Brandwatch, and how I'd do as an SM Data Analyst. This was pretty much what I expected from other positive reviews for similar jobs in NY. After meeting the team (a 1.5 hour in-person session), I did a short 20-30 min skills assessment. HR communicated all these steps. Big thanks to HR for the quick communication and making me feel valued. It was refreshing to see the 'human element' in their HR department, especially after some past bad experiences.
