The interview process had 3 stages. First was a 30-minute chat with a TA specialist where they just confirmed my experience and work eligibility. Then, I had a 1-hour session with the Team Lead and an employee from the department. This involved some role-plays where they gave me scenario info beforehand. Finally, a 1-hour interview with the Team Lead and their manager, which was more standard interview questions. I really liked the whole thing, felt at ease and got good, helpful feedback. It was also cool that the interviewers, when introducing themselves, shared stuff about their hobbies, not just their jobs, which was a nice personal touch.

So I had this job for a Customer Success Manager. First thing they sent me a written assignment to do. After that, I had a slip interview with two hiring managers, who seemed really young, none of them older than 25. We did a mock call and they seemed happy with how I did. By the end of the week, they let me know I wasn't shortlisted because they decided to go with internal employees. It makes you wonder why they even bother posting external jobs if they're just going to pick people already working there. They also never mentioned their big downsizes.

So the interview process was kind of weird because honestly I liked the experience and the first interview was super chill and friendly. They first laid out all the details about the role and the company and then they hit me with a few questions. I got to ask my questions at the end and they told me they were gonna take my resume and interview notes to the hiring manager and I should hear back in about 2-3 days. But like, months went by and I heard nothing, not even an automated email, they just ghosted me. It was a bummer because I had high hopes for the company based on my research.
