The interview was really chill and friendly. I dressed up but they didn't, which was fine and actually made the company seem more down to earth. They gave me a writing and social media assignment, which I did right away, but then I didn't hear back. I had to follow up after three weeks, and they said they were still deciding. I told them I was super excited and asked if there was anything else I could do to stand out, like flying to LA (I'm in TX) on my own dime to meet them. Still no response. It was disappointing, but it seems like a cool place to work if you can get in.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

This whole thing took about 3 months. First, there was an in-person interview with the director, and they gave me an assignment to see if I'd move to the next round. Then, I had an in-person with the COO. Finally, another in-person with the CEO and some team members. A heads-up on parking: you can't do on-site validation for valet, so you'll have to park in the neighbor's spot or on the street. They did speed things up to get me to the interviews, but it still took them over a month to let me know I didn't get the job. The CEO interview did have those 20 brainteaser or paradox questions like others mentioned. He was reading from his phone, and honestly, I got bad vibes from him and his energy. It didn't feel like he was genuinely interested in finding someone to work for him. So, if you're up for taking time off work, commuting for each interview, and doing their homework, be ready. Like others said, they made it seem urgent to get me to each round, but then they really dropped the ball on communicating my application status. Good communication is super important, and waiting over a month for a decision or an update really shows that.

Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process was long but showed how committed the company is. If you're really into the role and company, it won't feel too much. They're a super talented company and their hiring process reflects that. First, I talked with the HR Manager and COO. Mostly, they asked about my understanding of the company and me. Then, I did a written project. After that, I had a second interview with the HR manager, COO, and CEO. They asked questions to check my creativity and authenticity. They want you to enjoy the process and be yourself. Then, I got a second creative project to show my skills and personality. I got an offer 2 weeks later. The whole thing took about 2 months because their openings depend on client flow.
