Market Research Analyst
Applied online and heard back the next day to schedule a phone interview with a VP for the next business day. The whole process was super fast, only 3 business days. I got asked expected and unexpected questions, some pretty basic ones that didn't really make sense, like asking about the number of variables studied on a project. They mentioned they'd be filling the role in a few days, but I never heard back after two weeks. It felt unprofessional to interview with a VP and then get no follow-up. The job description also wasn't what the role actually entailed, which I discovered during the interview. I realized I didn't want to work there anyway.
- What file format did you download from Qualtrics?
- Can you tell me about the number of variables you and your team studied for a specific research project?
Market Research Analyst
The interview process was quick and easy, almost suspiciously so, suggesting high turnover. I asked for an office tour to check out the work environment and immediately realized I couldn't work there; it felt like a sweatshop. The job offer was also concerning because it included no vacation days for the first year, which is very unusual for a reputable company.
- Tell me about your Excel proficiency.
- How would you describe your presentation abilities?
Market Research Analyst
I saw the job on a website and applied. The whole interview process went by super fast. I got a phone call the day after I applied, and then the very next day I had my interview for the market research analyst job. Everyone was really nice, and the office is in a really cool spot if you live in Miami.
- Could you tell me about your weaknesses?
