The interview process involved two conversations. First, I spoke with Laura, the Recruitment and Resource Coordinator. Then, I had a second chat with Ken, a designer, and Laura. Both discussions were conducted in English. They were very open about the work arrangement, workload, and the nature of the tasks involved. They gave a lot of compliments on my portfolio and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

Creative Production Project Manager
I went through two rounds with Brafton. The process was okay, just standard questions about my background and industry knowledge. After the two interviews, I never heard back even after reaching out multiple times. I emailed several people, even senior ones, but still don't know where things stand. It feels like they're either super disorganized or just plain rude. Honestly, I'm kind of glad it ended this way because they were offering way less than market rate, and the way they handled things makes me think working there would be a drag anyway.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
- What is your understanding of this industry?
Project Manager
The initial interview went well and was short. I felt good about it. The second interview was a tough, hour-long session with a VP, designed to catch me off guard with many probing questions. The VP was condescending, making it a negative experience. After that, I got a creative test, which I finished. I was supposed to hear back the next week, but they kept pushing back the decision, and it took about two weeks to get an update. They sent a generic email to everyone who didn't get an offer, instead of personalized ones. The whole thing took about 6 weeks. They seemed okay with wasting my time but couldn't be bothered to follow up personally or meet their own timeline.
- How often did your clients typically request edits on your work?
Lead Generation Executive
I applied online and a few days later a recruiter called me back. I was shocked because I'd forgotten to remove another company's name from my cover letter, so they obviously didn't read it. The call involved basic questions about why I'm interested in sales and general background stuff. Then, a few days later, I had a second phone interview with the hiring manager. He was super direct and told me the job involves about 150 calls daily, has only 3 days of training, and the base salary is around 35K. He asked if I was still interested after hearing this, and I said no, so we ended the call positively.

- Can you tell me why you are interested in a sales role?
- Could you answer some general background questions?
