First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brady.
Warehouse Associate
The interview process was really good. I had two interviews and they were both great experiences! I felt pretty comfortable talking with them right away about my background and stuff. They were very upfront with the interview and nice.
- Tell me why you're interested in this particular job.
- What's the reason you're no longer with your previous employer?
- What would you say are your biggest strengths?
Warehouse Associate
After a short 10-minute wait, I was led to a room where others were being interviewed face-to-face. They asked me about working overtime and my availability for the first shift (10 am-6 pm), which works for me. Even though my qualifications were better than what they asked for, I didn't get the job. Felt like a waste of my time.
- Tell me about your strengths.
Warehouse Associate
The interview was fast and to the point. Scott asked me about my past jobs and where I used to live. He also asked if I'd take a job as a warehouse associate, which I would've liked. The process was tough for me because I had a lot of trouble proving my education, but it was worth it in the end.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What about your previous living situation?
- Are you open to accepting a warehouse associate position?
