Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brady.
Sales Manager
The interview process started with a phone screen with HR, followed by a phone interview with the VP of Sales. The final round was a 3-hour in-person meeting with four different company leaders, including people from product, customer service, and two from sales. It was strange not getting any feedback after going through multiple interviews. What was even more odd was that one interviewer took my PowerPoint presentation on improving pipeline tracking, a process I designed at my previous company. So, no feedback, but they took my work. While I understand they might be looking for a different fit, I found this to be unprofessional and quite telling about the kind of company this might be.

Sales Manager
Talking about past experiences, expectations, job description details about the recruitment process, salary expectation, job location, benefits. Interview process was indeed very friendly. As of my opinion, it was not an interview but a respectful conversation with a stranger.
- Can you explain why you are interested in Brady?
Sales Manager
My interview experience was really great and stood out. My first chat with HR gave me a good feeling that this was the right place for my career goals. The whole process felt very put together and smooth. By the end, I was sure I wanted to work for this company!
