First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brady.
Territory Manager
The recruiter was really unethical. They lied about how the process would go. After I finished the first round, they told me to follow up to schedule the second round, but then they just sent me a generic rejection email. It was a complete waste of my time.
- Can you tell me about a time when a sale you made didn't go as planned, and how you resolved the situation?
Territory Manager
I had 3 phone interviews for the Territory Manager role. First was with a recruiter, second with the hiring manager (Regional Manager), and third with another Regional Manager. The first two went well, focusing on my background fit. The third one wasn't as good because I was distracted by my current job. Overall, it was a great experience, and the people were passionate about Brady. It seems like a great place to work. I know someone else might have done better, but it taught me to be more focused and sell myself better next time. I wish them the best and don't take it personally.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in Brady?
- Have you used Salesforce (CRM) before?
Territory Manager
Covid Edition Phone Screen, Zoom Meetings with HR, Zoom Meeting with direct manager and Zoom meeting with other managers. Company has been straightforward and honest from day one! I feel like both parties had an opportunity to make sure that a partnership would be the best decision for everyone.
- In five years, where do you envision yourself professionally?
- What are your expectations from your manager?
- Can you identify an area where you believe you need to develop further?
