First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brady.
Customer Service Representative
I had my first interview over zoom with the recruiter. It was about 45 minutes long and started right on time. They talked about the position and what they were looking for as this department gets started. I'm still waiting to hear back about an interview with the hiring manager.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- Could you describe your experience?
Customer Service Representative
I had a panel interview with about five or six hiring managers. They were all really nice. After that, I went into another room for a mock phone call, which they said was mainly to check how I sounded on the phone. After the call, I had to take a written test on Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel, both multiple choice. Lastly, there was a 3-minute online typing test. My whole experience at PDC Healthcare, also known as The Brady Corporation, was super positive, and I was really bummed I didn't get the job.
- Do you know what PDC Healthcare does?
Customer Service Representative
This interview process was a joke and unfair. The recruiter was nice and helpful and got me an interview at their Lowell MA office for a Customer Service Rep position. The in-person interview was a joke. The females who interviewed me, a minority and guy, seemed uninterested, maybe because their office is small and mostly female. I only saw one guy there, probably a salesperson. The first interviewer, a supervisor, asked me some questions, but I felt she wasn't interested from the start, even though I explained my skills and experience and answered honestly. She seemed disinterested no matter what. The second interviewer, a team leader supervisor, asked me 1-2 questions and also seemed disinterested in my experience and skills. The third interviewer, the director, called in by phone and asked some questions that seemed okay, but I didn't get a good feeling from her either. I eventually got a response back from the recruiter saying they were passing on me and looking at other candidates. Then today, I saw the job posted again.
- How did you find out about the job opening?
- Can you tell me about your skills and experience?
- What did you say when the supervisor asked you questions?
