The interview process included a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview, and then an offer. The Branford location has a traditional atmosphere with many long-term employees. It's a standard corporate office setting. They ask a lot of questions and expect you to respond with insightful follow-up questions to gauge your suitability for the role.
