Had 1 phone call, then 1 zoom call, and finished with 1 in person round. I got the job, but they rescinded it a month later. So, an offer isn't really an offer at this company.

I was contacted by a Corporate recruiter about my resume. She set up a 20-30 minute phone screen where she went over the position and process. Then I met Mr. Paye, the Owner/Founder, for a face-to-face interview. He was very casual and made me feel comfortable right away. He seemed passionate and gave a good overview of the company. He asked personal questions about my family to gauge cultural fit. We talked for over an hour. The recruiter followed up that same day and scheduled me to meet the VP of Operations and a division manager the next week. These interviews were similar, covering company/job details and expectations. The division manager emphasized that hard work leads to great rewards and opportunities. I felt a good connection with all three interviewers. The recruiter contacted me the same day again for feedback and mentioned they were ready to submit an offer.

I was reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn, but it's been a difficult process to even connect with them. They don't respond to my messages on LinkedIn, even though they initiated contact and wanted to schedule a call. They take days to respond after saying they'd be in touch that day or the next, and then ask for my availability. It's really unprofessional, especially for someone with years of recruiting experience. You should respond to candidates.
