Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bradesco Seguros.
Administrative Assistant
It was a two-stage process with a variety of questions about my background and field. It wasn't too difficult overall, and they made me feel comfortable. One stage was with the coordinator and the other with HR.
- Where are you from?
- What do you do?
Administrative Assistant
I applied through the Bradesco portal, and HR contacted me by email to schedule a group dynamic. The dynamic itself was okay; the intention was for each candidate to introduce themselves, highlight characteristics, and summarize strong and weak points. After that, there was indeed the group dynamic, a case to solve and present. After this stage, I was approved and called, more than two weeks later, for an interview with the area manager. In this interview with the area manager, the exchange of information was more about her getting to know you better, your experiences, your achievements, your aspirations, ambitions, and purposes. After this interview, there was no feedback. I contacted HR several times, and after insisting, they informed me that I had not been approved and that an email had been sent, which I probably didn't see because it went to Spam. The thing is, it didn't go to Spam; I check all emails daily, including Spam. In other words, they didn't send an email giving the negative. Here's a tip for company HRs in general: give feedback to your candidates. For the candidate, there's only one thing worse than not passing the interview: not receiving any feedback, waiting to see if there will be any contact, and having to chase the company to inform them of something they should have. Giving feedback to candidates is the least you can do, as the candidate spent time preparing for the interview, studying the company, and conducting the interview; the least they deserve is feedback on the position, whether positive or negative.
- In 10 years, how do you see yourself, professionally and personally?
Administrative Assistant
A entrevista foi tranquila. A empresa oferece bons benefícios.
