First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bradesco Seguros.
Marketing Analyst
First, an interview with HR, where they asked about my previous experience, salary expectations, and any dissatisfactions. Then, I had to complete a metrics analysis test, comparing the previous year to the current one. The document was quite confusing, and it took about 2 to 3 weeks to get feedback.
- How many years of experience do you have in Marketing?
Intern
The interview was in a relaxed atmosphere, with interviewers asking direct and clear questions. There was an opportunity to explain my ideas, elaborate on important points, and show my interest in the role. The conversation flowed naturally, without any rush, and concluded with a welcoming and professional feel.
- What are your career aspirations for the next 5 years?
Administrative Assistant
It was a two-stage process with a variety of questions about my background and field. It wasn't too difficult overall, and they made me feel comfortable. One stage was with the coordinator and the other with HR.
- Where are you from?
- What do you do?
Agente De Negócios
First, there was an online test that included logical reasoning, job fit, financial market knowledge, and Portuguese language.
