It was an online interview with timed question and answer submissions via email. Then there was an in-person interview. I had to present a case study to a team and give a presentation on a topic to a board. I also had discussions with HR.

After finishing the aptitude test, the next step was a Preliminary Interview. They seemed positive and asked straightforward questions like to introduce myself, why I should get hired or why I wanted this job. They also asked if I knew the purpose of BRAC and if I was flexible about job locations. They wanted to know about my recent achievements and what I did or how productive I was during the lockdown.
