Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BPM.
Senior Associate
It was an easy 30 minute interview with two senior managers. They didn't ask many technical questions, mostly behavioural. Just know your resume, know the role, and you'll get through it fine. The interviewers were really chill, so no need to be nervous.
- Can you introduce yourself and give me an overview of your resume?
Associate
There were a couple of rounds of interviews with employees ranging from staff 1 to partner, so you get to speak to a variety of levels to get a true insight of the people working at the firm. Everything was very organized and I was always aware of the next steps. No skills test, just a thorough getting to know each other to make sure you fit within the firm culture.
- What are you looking for in a firm?
Associate
I talked to the recruiter and then they set up an in person interview. It was really unprofessional, with bad communication and they didn't follow up on time. They also didn't stick to the interview schedule they gave me beforehand.
- Can you introduce yourself?
