There was a brief initial phone call, after which I was invited to come in. Depending on what additional languages the candidate knows, they might have a language test, a test involving a technical support scenario, and then a more standard interview with questions about their competencies.
- Can you share an instance where you experienced excellent customer service?

It started with a quick chat about language skills, followed by a test. The test involved listening to a customer service call recording and assessing the representative's performance against set requirements. For instance, checking if the agent stated their name, the company name, and if they offered help.
- Can you share a time you received excellent customer service?
- Assess a customer service call recording against specific criteria, like agent identification, company mention, and offer of assistance.

I saw this job on a website and applied through their portal. A few days later, I got a call for a brief phone interview and by the end of it, I had an in-person interview scheduled. The in-person interview was short, only about 30 minutes, and the questions weren't too difficult. I was honest in my answers. About a week and a half later, they offered me a spot in their month-long training program, which was set to start in less than two weeks, making it hard to give my old job proper notice. The office was nicely decorated, and the meeting was in a conference room with a view of the call center. I met the project manager and the head of HR, and they seemed like good, professional people.
- Hypothetically, if you won the lottery, would you continue working?
