Applied online and got a call the next day. Had a short phone chat about the job and was invited for a test and in-person interview the week after. At the office, I filled out some forms and went to the floor for a computer-based practical test. This test involved simulating the main job duty, which is evaluating recorded calls for customer service quality. I passed the test and then had a one-on-one interview with someone who seemed to be in HR or a supervisory role. The interview was quite unpleasant; I tried to engage, but the overall lack of enthusiasm and indifference was disappointing. Additionally, the hourly pay mentioned on the phone was different from what was stated in the interview, a reduction of $2 per hour, which is about $320 less per month. The benefits also seemed minimal, as noted by others. I didn't wait for a formal offer or more details on benefits because of the frustrating experience, even though the job itself is manageable and interesting for an entry-level role.

I saw this job on a website and applied through their portal. A few days later, I got a call for a brief phone interview and by the end of it, I had an in-person interview scheduled. The in-person interview was short, only about 30 minutes, and the questions weren't too difficult. I was honest in my answers. About a week and a half later, they offered me a spot in their month-long training program, which was set to start in less than two weeks, making it hard to give my old job proper notice. The office was nicely decorated, and the meeting was in a conference room with a view of the call center. I met the project manager and the head of HR, and they seemed like good, professional people.

The interview process was very casual and the job description was vague, but they said there would be a timeline to learn it. They also mentioned the role could change over time if I didn't like it, and that there were many other role opportunities. They confirmed there was little overseeing of the role and that working independently was important.

I applied for the Mandarin speaking quality analyst role online. The very next day, I got an invitation for the first interview, which was a phone interview. It was a good experience. They asked me some questions about myself and their business. I know there will be another in-person interview later.
