This was an interview for my current job that I already had at a property Bozzuto was taking over. It was a really cold and unwelcoming interview, not business-like at all which would have been more comforting. They asked mostly technical questions and tried to get some extra info. They knew they were a 3rd party management company and that ownership had already decided none of us would be staying, so the interview was a waste of time. They still made us wait for weeks (a month) just to tell us all no.

Behavioral Other

The HR dept made scheduling and pre-screening super easy. After that, local associates took over. It took way longer than usual to get callbacks after interviews. And after the interviews, communication was kinda unclear and vague.
