Behavioral

The interview was in 3 parts: first a recruiter, then the apartment manager, and finally the position manager. It was a pretty simple and standard process. They ask a lot of behavioral questions. It was an easy interview process, and I didn't have any trouble answering their questions.

Behavioral Technical

It's pretty straightforward. First, you submit an online application. Then, an HR representative will reach out via email to schedule a phone interview, which usually lasts about 15-20 minutes. If that goes well, you'll likely have an in-person interview at the property, probably with the Property Manager and maybe the Lead Concierge. Sometimes, HR might keep your application on file and consider you later, so the whole thing could take a while, from a few weeks to a couple of months. If they decide they want you, HR will call you about a week after your interview to offer you the position. You'll get a formal offer letter with your start date and salary, and then you just complete the new hire paperwork.

Behavioral Presentation

Bozzuto sent me a virtual interview request with three recorded response prompts. A month later, a talent coordinator reached out about next steps. We scheduled a call, but she missed it, citing technical difficulties. She rescheduled for later that day, but again missed the call due to calendar issues. When we finally connected, she said she'd forward my resume to the local team for an onsite interview. The property manager reached out Tuesday for my availability, which I provided for Thursday and Friday. I didn't hear back, so I followed up Friday morning. I never got a response. The whole process felt unprofessional and unorganized.
