The interview process involved 3 virtual rounds and 3 in-person rounds. Everything was going well until the CEO decided to repost the job because I wasn't able to provide documents from a previous employer. This was because I wasn't allowed to keep them and didn't expect to have them after more than 5 years.

I had a phone interview and then got called back for a 1:1 with a manager. Later that same day, I got a call for an interview with the COO, which was scheduled for a future date. I interviewed with the COO and then heard back with a rejection email a couple of days later.
