Case Behavioral Presentation

The interview process included an HR interview that was very behavioral and acted as a screening. Following that, there were three 30-minute interviews during a superday, one of which was with the CEO. A case interview focusing on Property Valuation in Excel was also part of the process, lasting about an hour and a half. There was also a presentation component.

Case Behavioral

The interview process was super short and made me more interested in the company. First, I had a quick call with a team member to get more info on the job. Then, I did a case study with one of the CEOs, which was new but he was really chill and easy to talk to. Finally, I had a 2-hour interview with 4 different groups. The day felt really long, but the actual interviews were challenging enough and not as scary as I thought. Overall, it was a good interview experience and I'd totally recommend this company. My advice is to just stay calm and let them get to know you.

First there was an Excel test, then a HR interview, and finally a Zoom team interview with the CEO. The people were really nice and the interviews weren't hard. The Excel test is the toughest part, but if you know general real estate metrics, you'll be fine.
