I saw an ad on Craigslist for Baristas and Retail clerks and sent in my résumé. A hiring manager emailed me about two hours later saying they were interested and we set up a meeting for the next day. When I got there, I filled out an application and talked to a manager who seemed pretty young. He asked me some basic questions about my past work, then said he'd pass my application to his supervisor. I hung around for a bit and then this supervisor came and talked to me. That part took about 15 to 20 minutes.

It was something fairly quick. The interviews are split into two, one day with the general manager, then another interview with the assistant manager. I had my first interview on June 17th. It was short, I really got to know the manager who seemed very laid back, sweet, the employees seemed very comfortable around her, she had good vibes that made me feel comfortable in a way that showed that I could be myself when answering her questions. She told me what day to day things look in this position, what I would have to wear, requirement of a food handler card, and about dual training for the other positions. I was told to expect a call soon from the assistant manager. I received the call and set up the interview on June 3rd. I met up with the assistant manager who was a huge sweetheart. I really felt comfortable around her, which put my nervousness down and really felt like I could work at a place like this. She asked me the questions and let me know at the end that she really liked me and told me to expect a call in a few days from the manager. I'm currently waiting on it. They also like to keep their interviews short and simple, so you shouldn't worry about if you've messed up or not.

It was pretty chill; they gave you a time to show up and then asked some questions about your availability and stuff about you. Make sure to create an online account for yourself before you go.
