First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Botrista.
Account Manager
The hiring process at Botrista was really quick and efficient, and Danielle, the interviewer, was great. Ultimately, I ended up taking another job offer that was a bit better financially. Even though I knew Botrista's compensation was lower initially, I was willing to grow with the company and believed I'd be compensated appropriately down the line. I wish Botrista, their awesome product, and the people I interviewed with all the best.
- Why are you interested in working for Botrista?
Account Manager
The interview process went really smoothly. They communicated well and on time throughout. Everyone I talked to was professional, respected my time, and was clear about what was next. It was a good experience overall.
- Could you explain why you believe you're a suitable candidate for this position?
Account Manager
The interview process was pretty long and drawn out. It was confusing because the roles of the people I was interviewing with kept changing. I even had an interview scheduled where nobody showed up. When I followed up, the recruiter told me they had been let go. They moved me to the next stages without giving me any feedback. After going through 5 interviews over a span of 3 months, I eventually got an email saying they weren't going to fill the position anymore because they were re-aligning internal functions. The email mentioned that everyone I spoke to had good things to say about me. But then, shortly after, they posted new openings for a 'Franchisee Account Executive' role. When I reached out about it, I was told I'd have to go through the entire interview process again, even with all the positive feedback I received. It felt like a huge waste of time.
- Do you consider yourself to have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude?
