I had an interview set up with HR, but it got canceled right before it was supposed to start. They asked me to reschedule, so I did for a week later. But then, the rescheduled interview was canceled again because of a scheduling conflict. They asked me to reschedule a third time, and after that, they just ghosted me and never replied with any available times. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company.

It was a standard 3-step interview process, all done over Zoom. First, a screening with HR. Then, the main interview with the senior accountant who's in charge of hiring. Finally, an interview with the head of operations. They started with behavioral questions, then moved to technical accounting questions for the last two interviews. If you know QBO, Xero, and financial accounting basics like statements, journal entries, and closing entries, you should be fine.
