Behavioral Technical

The first interview was pretty straightforward, mostly asking about my past job experiences. After that, I had a second interview with the supervisor, and they actually asked me the same questions as the first interviewer. They also asked about my future aspirations and about dealing with difficult situations.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I met with the area manager and then the Director of Operations. It was a great interview process and very informative because everyone I spoke with knew Boston Market in depth. Everyone was very polite. I also had a working interview at a location, and the GM was very friendly and the staff was very knowledgeable.
