Behavioral Presentation

It's a quick process, and your success hinges on the impression you make on the regional Senior Counselors/Officer Managers. The main decision-maker is Greg Sarkissian, who is based in the Beverly Hills office. He's a nice guy but very straightforward. As a salesperson, he's all about Bosley's best interests when you're interviewing. It's standard procedure to be presented with options that might then be withdrawn as the company's needs are fulfilled. This means the process is dynamic and subject to changes as they happen. Make sure you do your homework.

Behavioral Technical Other

I applied through a recruiter who called me, and I had an interview with her first. Then, a few days later, I had a phone interview/Facetime with the regional supervisor. The next day, I got a call to set up a Skype interview with the VP of Sales. After that, I went to the office and was interviewed by the office manager, and I also met with the staff and the Dr. During this time, I took a short, timed, multiple-choice test to check my critical thinking and numerical skills. I was offered the job a few days later. They gave me a few days to decide because I had another job offer that week. They said I could give notice if I wanted, and I started a few weeks after the holidays/Christmas. They were really good at convincing me to choose Bosley over the other offer without being pushy, and they were right! It was a really enjoyable interview process where I felt like they genuinely wanted to understand the kind of person I am.

Behavioral Technical

I had three video interviews: first with the Regional SC Manager, second with the Regional SC Manager of Beverly Hills, and third with the Director of Senior Counselors. Overall, it was a really great experience and I enjoyed talking to everyone that I met. My only criticism is that I was one of the two finalists being considered for the position and had to wait over three weeks to find out about whether I would be offered the job after I was done going through the loop. Supposedly, this was because the other finalist could not find time to come meet the team. You never know what is going on in someone's life or why they are unable to prioritize the job interview, but continuous stringing-along was stressful and little unprofessional, especially if they knew they were not going to end up offering me the job since the team does not really make the decision. Other than that, the interviews were pleasant and everyone was very friendly and seemed interested in interviewing me.
