First I had a phone screen with HR and the hiring manager where they asked me some basic questions. Then I had a second interview in person, which involved more technical questions, a tour of the plant, and meeting the team. They sent the offer a month later. They also required me to do some unpaid training and prep work before I could accept the offer.

So first I talked to the CEO and HR, then I had a second interview with the manager that I would be reporting to daily. Both were about half an hour. I got the offer about a month later. The questions were pretty easy, covering some engineering topics and some psychological ones.
