The interview process has 2-3 rounds, depending on the department you apply to. First is CV scanning and an HR phone call where they'll ask a few questions about you and your commitment to working full-time. Then, you'll have an offline face-to-face interview with 2 employers who will ask questions based on the job requirements and your CV. Optionally, there's a third round, a line-manager interview, if you pass the second round, for a short discussion to decide the final outcome.

It was a tough interview where they checked how I solve problems and communicate. They really cared about teamwork and being adaptable. It felt pretty good, and I made sure to talk about my experience. I'm hoping to hear back about the next steps. The panel asked some really good questions about my past projects and why I made certain choices. We talked about how I approach problems and I showed I was really keen on the job.
