Nivedha from Staffice Global set up my interview at their office, which is on a single floor opposite new horizon college. Since the interview room was busy, they took me to a conference hall. Initially, an interviewer asked me Java and SQL questions. Afterwards, HR said I was selected for the next round. The next round was scheduled for October. I arrived 30 minutes early for my 3 pm interview on Oct 3rd, but the interviewer showed up around 5 pm. They asked the same Java questions and mentioned the role might not be a Java Lead, but rather in a new technology called Hybris. They also stressed that everyone codes, and there's no 'lead' position as such, or they'd be let go. HR then informed me that the director wanted to speak with me. The director interview was initially set for Oct 3rd but rescheduled to Oct 4th at 4:30 pm. I received a call on Oct 3rd from their Pune office, where they clarified the position was for a Hybris developer, not a Java Tech Lead. They proceeded with some Java questions and then abruptly ended the call, asking basic questions like why to use '@required' in Spring. On Oct 9th, I got an email from Nivedha stating I wasn't selected. It felt like a waste of time as they seemed to have no clear Java Tech Lead role and conducted interviews aimlessly.

I was first contacted by a recruiter from BORN on LinkedIn. They didn't provide a job posting, and the role I ended up interviewing for was different from what the recruiter initially described. I gave my resume to the first recruiter, but it wasn't passed on to the senior recruiter who did my phone screen. When I finally learned about the position change, I asked for a job posting, but still didn't get one. The recruiter was unable to provide details on the team's technical needs or the company culture. Despite this lack of information, they asked about my salary expectations, and when I inquired about the offered range, they claimed to not have that information. The whole experience felt rushed, sloppy, unprofessional, and unpleasant.

It started with an HR round where they asked about my technical skills. Then there was a technical round that lasted about 30 minutes. Finally, there was a BU Round where they inquired about my family background and my previous company's culture. The whole interview process was awesome, and the recruiter kept in touch until the offer letter was released.
