We started with an initial screening call over the phone that lasted about 15 to 30 minutes. After that, there was a HackerRank test which included multiple-choice questions and one HTML task. The final stage was an interview with the Director, where they seemed particularly interested in experience with Magento, Hybris, or Drupal, as these technologies were a high priority, even though HTML, CSS, and Javascript knowledge is also important.

I applied for the role through CyberCoders and a recruiter got in touch via email. They told me the first step was a code project. The email arrived at 5:30 PM, right as I was heading home, and mentioned that submission speed was a key factor. Due to childcare responsibilities, I couldn't submit the project until the next morning. After I sent it in, I heard nothing back from the recruiter or the company, not even feedback on the code. It would have been nice to get some sort of response, even if I didn't make the cut.
