First, there's an HR screen where they'll look at your resume and check if you get the job. Then, a 1-hour meeting with the Hiring Manager to chat about your experience and intro, followed by behavioral questions. Lastly, a chat with the Team Lead about the daily work involved in the role.
- Tell me about how you've managed your team members before.
Systems Engineer
After passing an aptitude test, I got shortlisted for a college placement interview. The interview panel had three people: one HR and two technical interviewers. The whole selection process had three stages: first a test, then an interview, and finally an HR round.
- Can you tell me about some basic C++ programming concepts?
- What is the procedure to start a motor?
- Could you explain the difference between an IGBT and a MOSFET?
Systems Engineer
There were 4 interviews in total, but there was a lack of communication between HR and the recruiter. I withdrew my application when I had no response for a month after they told me I was selected. No feedback was given. Long story short, they ghosted me.
